Hi, I'm Spencer.

I build and maintain software, learning systems, networks, and the infrastructure around them. Most of my work sits somewhere between education, business systems, local technology, and the practical problems that come with making things actually work.

At the moment, much of that work lives around kisumudala.com, acel.cloud, and elimu.app.

Notes, experiments, projects, and unfinished thoughts live here.
